“We’ve eaten here 3x this week alone, each time everything had tasted the exact same, very delicious. The servers are very attentive, and pay attention to the details. They even put tape on my daughter’s lid to prevent her from spilling it, everything we have tried has been fresh, and flavorful. It is extremely clean on the inside (including the restrooms), the food comes out quickly, and is always very hot. I highly recommend this place! (Can’t say that about many other places here in midland, most have terrible service and subpar food quality and flavor)”

We were patient and never complained but we were so hungry…got our food and it was delicious. Asked for our bill and was told it was on the house. “A friend told me how great this place was and so I ordered what she had, which was the chicken covered with Pico, avocado, cheese with a lime sauce rice... it was so so good! She was right✅️ my friend loved the big burger and hot spiced fries. Our waitress was absolutely perfect. I loved the look and cool decor of the place, even took a picture in the bench that looked like the back of a Chevy! The price was the norm about $10-14. It's the loudness that gave the one less star, sorry, others may like it, and it was toleratable, since I was with a friend, but if I was with my husband, it would have been hard to have a conversation.All in all, a great place, I'd come back.”

“Clean place with nice staff. The breakfast burritos are made fresh tortillas with your choice of filling for about three bucks. Medium size burritos and some pretty good salsa, it's unique. Good place for breakfast. Oh and the queso fresca with chorizo is delicious on warm corn tortillas.”

My wife's uncle Chuy recently passed away in Mexico and we figured this would be a great place to go in his memory.I have a dairy allergy and asked that my order to have no cheese. When I started eating, I noticed that there was cheese in my food. When we told the waitress about the cheese, she ran to her car to grab her Benadryl. She didn't have the non drowsy Benadryl so the manager rushed to the store to get some for me. That is above and beyond service that is rare anymore.”

“I've been meaning to add this review for a few weeks. The atmosphere is great! Our server did an excellent job (Adriene, I think) - her service was amazing. They were really busy and we didn't have a reservation. Even so, we got our food quickly. We had the pig pizza (highly, highly reccommend it.) I also had a whiskey drink (the Texan) which was amazing. It kind of reminded me of an old fashioned but smokey and sweet. One thing to note, I've had pizza and hundreds of places all across the country. This place is easily in the top 3 places for pizza that I've ever eaten. I highly recommend this place. It was so good we went the next night and then I was just a little disappointed. The scampi sauce had just a touch too much lemon and a little light on garlic for my personal taste but it was good. The shrimp seemed fresh not frozen and were cooked how I like them. Not overcooked and rubbery. We will definitely eat here again.”

I could go here every single day for their famous spicy chicken sandich, that thing has me in a chokehold. I asked Lowes employees if they are aware of the place and they said it doesn't exist but the Lowes employee confirmed this address for the coffee shop is Lowes address. I also called the # on Google and there was no answer.What makes this a 5 star is the owner of the company read my review and withing 20 minutes of posting the review, he called me and explained the situation. He has a food truck and he normally parks in Lowes parking lot. However, he took the week of for Thanksgiving. Asado is perfectly spicy and clean! Chef's kiss to the chile verde. Beans made with lard as they should be taste just like the ones your abuelita would make for you. You can't go wrong with anything here. All of their food taste just like if you went to northern Mexico or homemade for those of us lucky enough to have great cooks in our families. “My only wish is that I could have eaten my dinner there. Besides that, everything was great! I ordered the lunch menu steak tips, added 6 sauteed shrimp and sauteed mushrooms and onions. I got a small side salad with it and opted for the loaded baked potato. I also chose the peach iced tea. Steak tips were well seasoned and tender (even after driving back to my hotel). Shrimp was seasoned well and sauteed perfectly and I'm not sure what they marinated the mushrooms and especially the onions with but they were absolutely packed with flavor. Could be balsamic or red wine vinegar among other things. "Loaded" baked potato wasn't exactly loaded, everything was put on the side but came with butter, sour cream, bacon bits and cheese. A potato is a potato is a potato....kind of hard to set yourself apart with a baked potato, maybe a dash of course sea salt on the outside then wrapped would help but delicious nevertheless and the peach tea was very peachy and very delicious and refreshing. Woman who greeted me and took my order was courteous and very helpful with the menu, another gentleman who I assume was kitchen help assured me that the order was coming up soon and the gentleman preparing my order was courteous and all thanked me for stopping by as I left. Got all that for under $30, If I could give 10 starts I definitely would.”

But even then they got my order to me quite quickly and food was excellent. The restaurant and restroom were really clean. “Curb side bistro is a hidden gem! The inside is spacious and has unique artwork and murals inside. The inside reminds you of those old diners from the past, although everything inside is brand new. We told the cashier it was our first time dining there and she was very courteous and explained the menu patiently. Their main items are a variety of different type of sliders (small sized burgers). They also have other entrees like salads and french fries etc... My wife ordered a salad which was very well portioned and worth the price. I tried two different sliders and they were excellent! Asado is perfectly spicy and clean! Chef's kiss to the chile verde. Beans made with lard as they should be taste just like the ones your abuelita would make for you. You can't go wrong with anything here. All of their food taste just like if you went to northern Mexico or homemade for those of us lucky enough to have great cooks in our families. Most importantly, the Owner and his family are a true gem of the community! You have to try it.”

The food it pretty good. I got the lasagna which was a little salty but good my kids had shrimp scampi and the jalapeños chicken Alfredo which they like but wish had more sauce. The bread with garlic oil the bomb! This place has been around a while and is a little worn but its a comfortable atmosphere.”

“What can I say, but the best staff in the world. My wife's uncle Chuy recently passed away in Mexico and we figured this would be a great place to go in his memory.I have a dairy allergy and asked that my order to have no cheese. When I started eating, I noticed that there was cheese in my food. When we told the waitress about the cheese, she ran to her car to grab her Benadryl. She didn't have the non drowsy Benadryl so the manager rushed to the store to get some for me. That is above and beyond service that is rare anymore.”

“I've been meaning to add this review for a few weeks. The atmosphere is great! Our server did an excellent job (Adriene, I think) - her service was amazing. They were really busy and we didn't have a reservation. Even so, we got our food quickly. We had the pig pizza (highly, highly reccommend it.) I also had a whiskey drink (the Texan) which was amazing. It kind of reminded me of an old fashioned but smokey and sweet. One thing to note, I've had pizza and hundreds of places all across the country. This place is easily in the top 3 places for pizza that I've ever eaten. I highly recommend this place. Also, make a reservation lol”

“Ate there today and it was better than it has been the past few months. They still seem understaffed, but we had our food within minutes of sitting down this time and it was hot and the order was correct. Restaurant wasn't as clean as it could have been, but again understaffed like everywhere else in town. You have to pay people more in Midland TX if you want them to stay engaged.”
