The gravy was mssing from my order, which was very disappointing when I got home.The bathroom was not clean, and the soap dispenser was empty even though an employee was the last person in there. I guess it wasn't her chore to fix the problems.
It's Whataburger. It's what you would expect from a fast food chain. If you go during peak hours, you're gonna wait. There might be mistakes with your order during those peak hours also because they are all hustling. Also, it's not fine dining, so dont expect a bubbly waitress to tend to your every desire. Ms. Julie, the manager working tonight, is amazing. I have a lot of experience in food service so when I say that lady knows her stuff, I know what I'm talking about. She might as well have had 8 arms for all the work she was doing. There were a few people working that were causing the majority of the problems.
