“We walked into another chain restaurant down the street. We were never greeted or acknowledged, even after 5 minutes of waiting at the register. We decided to take our business elsewhere. Before the door even closed, we were greeted by Ms. Anna who took great care to acknowledge and help every customer who entered, not just my family but every person the entire time we were eating. What a pleasant and blessed experience!“

“Went through drive through and didnt get the ice cream cup we ordered..should've seen it bc they put it on top of drinks but the drinks were handed out in a holder and the bag of food right after..it was busy and we were trying to get home. Wouldn't be too upset but it was across town and its not the first time this has happened..we caught it once before and got it but missed it another time. Tried to call store but had to leave a message.

“Was down in Midland from Amarillo for work with a buddy of mine when we decided to get a quick bite during lunch and Carl’s Jr. was down the street. We were obviously expecting a normal fast food experience but we were met with legitimately the best service I have had in any restaurant in at least the past few years. We went to the bathroom first and immediately noticed how clean they were which we weren’t exactly expecting - then we got to meet Javier who was the absolute kindest, giving us a rundown of the menu, and having incredible customer service. We got our food (with extra items he gave us) and then later came to our table asking how everything was and giving us a bit of his & the restaurant’s backstory. We left joking about how crazy it was that we were expecting a mediocre fast food experience and walked out feeling like we ate at a Michelin Star rated establishment. Food was good and everything about it was great, clean, and inviting. Great and fun encounter, can’t wait to come back when work brings us here again!“

“Every experience I have had here has been great. The owners/staff have always been courteous and friendly to me and my children even when I show up right when they are about to close. The selection is great. You won't get better Koloches anywhere and their doughnuts are delicious. This will always be me and my childrens go to place. I will always appreciate their kindness. I appreciate all the good laughs I get when I read the responses to the negative reviews too. ? Those replies are golden....those negative reviewers can't be trusted. “I avoided Arby's for many years due to bad experiences at a different location. Went tonight on a whim and man this Midland Arby's is amazing! The food was picture perfect, loved everything about it. We'll be frequent customers now that I know this location raised the bar. Hard to find great food and better service in fast food. “First time visiting and I absolutely loved it! Mr. Richard told me about this place a few months ago — his wife and daughter own it. He shared a quick story about why they opened it, so I finally convinced my husband to try it.

“2 Chicken Tenders, a bacon egg & cheese biscuit, & Lg. Potato Wedge w/ a drink cost us $16.25 when I got to the car I realized how much we were charged so as my husband pumped gas I took the food back in and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and was told to call back at 8am to talk to the manager. There were 3 other customers in the store who also agreed that it was way over priced, and so did an older lady who was also an employee. Calling to speak with a manager has been a joke.“

“The absolute best subway in Midland. Every time I walk in with my kids they are the most kindest and friendliest people! The customer service is amazing and I never have problems with my sandwich being made incorrectly. When we do decide to eat in, it’s always clean and I never have to worry about a dirty table.“

Parking: The parking spaces are great big and there's a lot of parking spots as well

Kid-friendliness: It's very maintained and clean

Wheelchair accessibility: I mean the handicap spot is right there in front of the door into the store as well as I mean there's no going over the concrete and then it's all flat and leveled and nice to actually get up there with the wheelchair but very easily and doors big enough for a wheelchair“

“The manager at this place is amazing, she is talkative and exciting shes a light to my day a lot of the time she’s funny and she’s sweet enough to pay for peoples food if they can’t provide for themselves the rest of the workers are sweet too they make good food and have extremely quick service especially during school lunch hours“

“The burgers are good it adds to the variety of burger joints you can eat at which I think is a plus. They have chicken and steak finger baskets and they also have crispy tacos which is neat and they are all pretty good. The dining area is a good size and the customer service is good. Drive thru is quick as well. The ice cream is good but they only offer vanilla or dipped in chocolate I feel other flavors would be nice. You can’t beat the blizzard though that’s the must get every time. I recommend the Oreo blizzard. All in all great food plenty of dining space great people.“

“Went in here on 6-4-26 around 6:30pm. After a long day of work I stopped by for dinner and the people working that shift were so nice and the food was so fresh even after a 30 minute drive home. Today he made sure to cut my sisters cheese into triangles because she felt like the square cheese would ruin her sandwhich, love this dude! Also he spends the whole time joking around with us and never drowns her sandwhich in mayo (unlike some workers) or turn my sandwich into a pickle salad with bread (unlike some workers) 5 stars specifically for the dude with the awesome sandwiches ❤️“

“This is a decent Pizza Hut location, inside the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Outside seems a bit older and needs some updating or cleaning up I suppose. Location is great with easy in and out access. Food came out hot and fresh. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a decent Pizza Hut location.“
