“They finally hired the right team. I had not been to LSJ in quite some time because of the subpar staff they used to have, but my last five visits have completely changed my opinion. Each visit has been pleasant, and the food has been delicious.

The restaurant is well organized and very clean, even though the building itself is clearly older. The new crew takes pride in their work, and it shows in both the service and the quality of the food. Every time I visit, customers seem to leave satisfied, and that bell stays ringing.

“Went through drive through and didnt get the ice cream cup we ordered..should've seen it bc they put it on top of drinks but the drinks were handed out in a holder and the bag of food right after..it was busy and we were trying to get home. Wouldn't be too upset but it was across town and its not the first time this has happened..we caught it once before and got it but missed it another time. Tried to call store but had to leave a message.

“Was down in Midland from Amarillo for work with a buddy of mine when we decided to get a quick bite during lunch and Carl’s Jr. was down the street. We were obviously expecting a normal fast food experience but we were met with legitimately the best service I have had in any restaurant in at least the past few years. We went to the bathroom first and immediately noticed how clean they were which we weren’t exactly expecting - then we got to meet Javier who was the absolute kindest, giving us a rundown of the menu, and having incredible customer service. We got our food (with extra items he gave us) and then later came to our table asking how everything was and giving us a bit of his & the restaurant’s backstory. We left joking about how crazy it was that we were expecting a mediocre fast food experience and walked out feeling like we ate at a Michelin Star rated establishment. Food was good and everything about it was great, clean, and inviting. Great and fun encounter, can’t wait to come back when work brings us here again!“

“This is hands down the cleanest and best-run Burger King I’ve ever been to, and honestly, it sets the standard for what fast food should be.

It’s rare to walk into a fast food restaurant and immediately notice how spotless and organized everything is, but this place absolutely delivers.

Every area was clean, everything in its place, and you can tell there’s real pride in how this location is maintained.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to be at work, which says a lot. The food came out fast, hot, and fresh, exactly how it should be.

Whoever is managing this location is doing an outstanding job, and the team clearly reflects that. If every fast food restaurant operated like this one, the experience would be completely different.

“Every experience I have had here has been great. The owners/staff have always been courteous and friendly to me and my children even when I show up right when they are about to close. The selection is great. You won't get better Koloches anywhere and their doughnuts are delicious. This will always be me and my childrens go to place. I will always appreciate their kindness. Staff greeted everyone that walked in, including obvious returning customers that they knew by name, and customers received their food very quickly. First subway I have walked into and all the staff is working. Even when the lunch rush stopped, they were restocking and cleaning. Fabulous manager and efficient team. Will be driving out of my way to come here when I crave subway again.“

Potato Wedge w/ a drink cost us $16.25 when I got to the car I realized how much we were charged so as my husband pumped gas I took the food back in and asked for a refund. I was refused a refund and was told to call back at 8am to talk to the manager. There were 3 other customers in the store who also agreed that it was way over priced, and so did an older lady who was also an employee. Calling to speak with a manager has been a joke.“

“This is a decent Pizza Hut location, inside the restaurant is clean and well maintained. Outside seems a bit older and needs some updating or cleaning up I suppose. Location is great with easy in and out access. Food came out hot and fresh. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a decent Pizza Hut location.“

“Me and my sister work near here, we go almost weekly and love it so much! Theres a guy who works there and we literally will not go in if he's not working he's so awesome! Today he made sure to cut my sisters cheese into triangles because she felt like the square cheese would ruin her sandwhich, love this dude! Also he spends the whole time joking around with us and never drowns her sandwhich in mayo (unlike some workers) or turn my sandwich into a pickle salad with bread (unlike some workers) 5 stars specifically for the dude with the awesome sandwiches ❤️“

“Manager showed patience and gave excellent customer service today. I had a fair amount of modifications on our order I was unable to do through the app and decided to call the store to place our carry out order. Unfortunately I live in an area with bad cell service so was unable to get the order relayed properly. When I showed up she was quick to address me and make sure everything was correct. Even sent me home with the extras due to the confusion and accommodated manual card entry for me. I will come back here again just for the customer service alone.“
