Went through drive through and didnt get the ice cream cup we ordered..should've seen it bc they put it on top of drinks but the drinks were handed out in a holder and the bag of food right after..it was busy and we were trying to get home. Wouldn't be too upset but it was across town and its not the first time this has happened..we caught it once before and got it but missed it another time. Tried to call store but had to leave a message.

West Texas Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The staff is always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and quick to help, even during the busiest times. The food is consistently fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and the drive-thru moves surprisingly fast. You can really tell the team cares about providing excellent customer service. Every visit is a great experience, and it's easily one of the best Chick-fil-A locations in West Texas....read full review

Despite occasional delays, the location remains a favorite for many, with staff like Carlos standing out for their exceptional service and making the dining experience enjoyable.
