DO NOT eat at the Carl's Jr. !
I am so sick. And have not thrown up nor had an upset stomach in my entire life! Even at 32 weeks pregnant. I have never ate there my entire life only at this location. This was my third time having it at this location. I will never have a taste for this establishment again. Poor baby is shook while all the 🤮 I’m experiencing. 0/10! MIDLAND*
Was down in Midland from Amarillo for work with a buddy of mine when we decided to get a quick bite during lunch and Carl’s Jr. was down the street.
We were obviously expecting a normal fast food experience but we were met with legitimately the best service I have had in any restaurant in at least the past few years.

Shout out to the night crew who were working on Sunday night.
Very respectful to their customers! And got our order quick. They also handled a very horrible, threatening, and possibly intoxicated customer very well. Glad we were there to assist getting him out. Man was calling them names and trying to intimidate a bunch of young gentlemen when they really did nothing wrong.

Carl's Jr. serves great food with many menu choices. The Cali XL burger, Guacamole Bacon Burger, and Diablo are delicious. The fries are hot and crispy. Some staff members are fantastic, polite, and very nice, making sure everything comes out just right. They are friendly, professional, and provide great customer service. However, some customers have experienced rude service, especially at the drive-thru. The restaurant has a nice place and a lot of menu choices. The food is great, but the service can be horrible at times. Some employees, like the ones at the drive-thru, are friendly and helpful, making customers want to come back. Overall, Carl's Jr. has great food, but the service can vary.
