Javier and Fabi made my experience here memorable.I wanted tea and I asked if their tea was good, and Javier hopped up and asked “are you serious?!?” He then went into promoting how the tea is brewed fresh in a liner to not touch the metal, and nothing is carried over from the previous day or shift.The tea is good, but what impressed me was their belief in the quality at Carls Jr. similar to how Chick-fil-a knows their quality is good, Javier’s leadership at this store ensures...read full review
I got a avocado bacon burger. It was good. The service wasn't great. I was asking for tea, which is not self serve, and two employees passed by me as I waited at the counter. I drank water. Yet they had time to swat flys on the windows..... Gross....
