“Tokyo1 is a quaint, well-staffed and maintained restaurant with a good variety of Korean & Japanese dishes. The service from staff is good, and it seems that there is an air of familiarity in the restaurant. I ordered the Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Gyoza & California Roll, and was very satisfied with their taste and the speed with which they were brought out.“

“What a fantastic find here in Midland. We had such a wonderful meal and everything was fresh and flavorful. The plating was beautiful, and it was clear a lot of care went into the preparation of our dishes.
The presentation of the sushi rolls on the long black tray was impressive. We also really enjoyed the noodle dish served in the patterned white bowl. We will definitely be back soon.“

“We’ve really enjoyed eating at Sapporo’s over the years. The sushi is fantastic, and the food quality has always been consistently good in our experience. My favorites are the Green Dragon Roll and the Green Forest Roll. My wife and kids love the Midland Roll and the chicken fried rice. We’ve both dined in and ordered takeout. The service when dining in can be a little slow at times, but the food has always been worth the wait. One thing that really stood out today was a small act of kindness. When I picked up our order, they included a complimentary Sprite for my kids because it was so hot outside. I never asked for it, but it absolutely made my kids’ day. It’s those thoughtful little gestures that leave a lasting impression. If you’re looking for consistently good sushi and a restaurant that genuinely cares about its customers, Sapporo’s is definitely worth a visit.“
