“I don’t ever write reviews but with how the employee annetia served us was the best customer service I’ve ever received in a long time, I just had too write this review before I could start eating thank you so much making me and my family feel welcomed. Outstanding employee, jack in the box is very lucky to have her. I hope this review brings recognition to you annetia. Jack in the box give her a raise! She deserves it!!“

“Danny working the drive through is awesome! Always on it and so kind and friendly. Great service, truly!

With that being said, I came a few weeks around 10pm and the staff was so unprofessional. Did not want to be clocked in, cussing over the intercom asking another employee to take the mic, neither of them wanted to take the order. The woman that did take over was more polite at the window, afterwards.

I came a few nights later and all the lights were on, but no one spoke up at the intercom, I even waited a few mins before asking, “hello? Is anyone there?”.

I hope the night crew has been replaced or has gone through some extensive training.“
