I was ordering from the app and the cashier asked me if I was waiting on an order. I decided to order through the kiosk since what I was ordering wasn't on the app. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. I'm assuming she was the manager in charge. Either way I appreciate the patience and helpfulness of this employee! This store definitely deserves a higher rating!!!
I like Jack. Wish we had one in Big Spring. Prices seem to be a little high since I was last in a Jack in Las Vegas.
Danny working the drive through is awesome! Always on it and so kind and friendly. Great service, truly!
With that being said, I came a few weeks around 10pm and the staff was so unprofessional. Did not want to be clocked in, cussing over the intercom asking another employee to take the mic, neither of them wanted to take the order. The woman that did take over was more polite at the window, afterwards.
