I had jack in the box when i was a teenager and i didn't think it was that good. When midland finally got one i wanted to try it again. And i remembered correctly it was really really bad. The burger was literally borderline disgusting, needless to say i will never be back. My friends kept telling me the tacos were so amazing they are so good.. so i went a head and tried them. Like really i don't know what they were smoking the tacos were just as bad as the burgers. I hate taco bell but you are better off going there to eat.. let's get rid if this embarrassment of fast food in midland

The service was really trash waited about 40 minutes for a simple breakfast platter. They had like five dudes in the kitchen and in the front food still gonna get out in time very disappointed in this establishment. Ordered on the app to stay ahead of the rush, yet still waited forever to get our food. We’ve been going there almost every night very disappointed in the owner and the main manager of this Jack-in-the-Box they can least hire somebody that speaks English at night to make it more easier for the customer to understand what’s going on. You are better off going to McDonald’s 100%.

I placed an order for food that was given away by the employees here not to me. They were extremely rude and refused to remake my food or give me a refund. I spoke to Ray who is not a manger and stated there is no manager on duty. The store was as disgusted as the employee attitude. This has to be the worst location I have ever been to. I travel for work and have never been to such a disgusting place. IDK how you give someone's food away then refuse to remake it out of laziness, and then refuse to refund it because they don't know how.
Night shift has a tendency to claim they are closed generally between 4:00 AM- 5:45AM, not answer drive thru or generally be unhelpful. From 6:00AM on there generally arent any issues.

I made a mistake when ordering my food and Sebastian got it handled immediately, brought my burger out to my table and noticed I had eaten all of my fries while they remade the burger. He went back and brought me a whole new order of fresh fries. The food was great and the service was even better.

First of all as soon as I walked in one of the employees was rude as hell, I believe he was the manager or something, sorry to say but that guy looked like he was very very intoxicated screaming at all the other employees, all the other employees were very nice and polite except him, and ain’t people handling food have to wear gloves cause this guy wasn’t wearing any and he was just putting all his bare hands in the food, not professional at all
