Today is Thanksgiving.
My wife older, our children and grandchildren have moved away but we are non-traditional. Having had enough of baking, frying, and roasting for hundreds of others, then cleaning up afterwards, and finally have leftover turkey in every imaginable way, we chose to step away from tradition.
