Beautiful location with competent and helpful staff. Since the new general manager Sandra has taken over, the location is always very clean. I had a larger order and didn’t have to wait long at all to receive it. Everyone is friendly, and they support military and law enforcement which is a big deal to me. Will continue to go to only Black Rifle for my coffee! Thanks again to Sandra for your help!
Nice ambiance, quiet, love the fireplace. Menu is simple and straight to the point. Appreciate the military discount. Service is usually really good, order is always correct, they used to be out of a lot of things and kids would be horsing around in the back though. The new assistant manager is really turning things around, she's a delightful person, think her name is Layla.
