Wow wow wow! Such an amazing place to dine and be. The atmosphere is like no other. Jazmine, our awesome helper was so sweet and so intentional. As a first timer, my husband and I will be coming back!

Cowboy Prime offers an excellent dining experience with perfect food, great music, and a lively atmosphere. Many guests praise the amazing waitress service and the quality of the food, calling it a "can’t miss" spot in Midland. The restaurant is known for its creative and good food. The rack of lamb with lobster mac and cheese is to die for. The food, the drinks, the dessert are 5/5 stars! While the restrooms could be improved, Cowboy Prime remains a top choice for those seeking great food and exceptional service. It's always busy so service can take a bit. With the crowd, it's a little noisy. Really top notch! Everything from the drink of water that comes ice free but ice cold; very nice! All the way to the food and service, just great. Super expensive!! Not really worth the price tags but it’s the best you are going to get in Midland. Make sure you’re on an expense account!
