“The food was underseasoned to my liking, and the steak was overcooked. The brulee for dessert was pretty yummy, though. If you don't call ahead for a reservation, which we didn't since it was our first time and a non busy time of 3/4 pm, you are treated almost as a second-class citizen by the hostess station. It was semi disappointing.“
“My only wish is that I could have eaten my dinner there. Besides that, everything was great! I ordered the lunch menu steak tips, added 6 sauteed shrimp and sauteed mushrooms and onions. I got a small side salad with it and opted for the loaded baked potato. I also chose the peach iced tea. Steak tips were well seasoned and tender (even after driving back to my hotel). Shrimp was seasoned well and sauteed perfectly and I'm not sure what they marinated the mushrooms and especially the onions with but they were absolutely packed with flavor. Could be balsamic or red wine vinegar among other things. "Loaded" baked potato wasn't exactly loaded, everything was put on the side but came with butter, sour cream, bacon bits and cheese. A potato is a potato is a potato....kind of hard to set yourself apart with a baked potato, maybe a dash of course sea salt on the outside then wrapped would help but delicious nevertheless and the peach tea was very peachy and very delicious and refreshing. Woman who greeted me and took my order was courteous and very helpful with the menu, another gentleman who I assume was kitchen help assured me that the order was coming up soon and the gentleman preparing my order was courteous and all thanked me for stopping by as I left. Got all that for under $30, If I could give 10 starts I definitely would.“
“I ordered the 20oz bone in ribeye cooked medium and it was cooked perfectly. The steak could have been more tender, but it was still good. Our waitress was absolutely flawless at her job. We never had to ask for anything. She was very professional and observant. The parking lot is small, but there is plenty of parking surrounding the restaurant. The restrooms were clean. I highly recommend this particular Texas Roadhouse restaurant.“
“I ordered the 12oz ribeye cooked medium and it was perfect. Our waitress checked on us often... somewhat too often, but that is better than the alternative. Parking is tight if you drive a dually but it is doable if you really want a good steak. I highly recommend this particular saltgrass restaurant.4/3/24 Update: Bacon wrapped quail appetizer is awesome. The lunch size grilled chicken was cooked to perfection and was a good portioned size.“

“Just ate here this evening and was served by lovely Carla. The food was delicious and the service was attentive and friendly. Truly an exceptional experience. As i was leaving I mentioned what a great time we had to the manager. I didn’t catch her name but she was also extremely friendly and seemed very concerned about customer satisfaction.“
