Great waitress services, has bar stools also, but no liquor license at this time; would have preferred this. Nice atmosphere, we choose this restaurant alot. We ordered ceviche, red or green enchiladas, cheeseburger & several other good food to choose from, greatly recommend this place.
Last place in Midland where you don’t have to pay $80 for a decent plate of Mexican food. My girlfriend and I eat here all the time, I don’t think we’ve ever paid more than $40+$10(tip) for us both to eat and we always have some to take home.
I’ve been coming to Ajua’s for a few years now, and if there’s one word to describe it—reliable. This place consistently delivers delicious food, whether you’re dropping by with friends or out for a casual dinner. It’s the kind of spot where the chips and salsa mysteriously refill themselves because you and your table are inhaling them like it's your last meal. Hands down, some of the best chips and salsa in Midland—crispy, flavorful, and always fresh.
