The food was pretty okay, but they slapped the cheddar on there and it barely made it on the sandwich. I opened the package and cheese got all over me. The wait in line was over 20 minutes once I ordered. The staff that handed me my food was very dry and almost rude but I kept trying to get him to engage thinking he was just having a good day. When ordering, I told him I wanted the sandwich only and he asked me literally a couple of seconds later if I wanted the meal. 🤦🏻‍♀️...

They have a great brisket sandwich and this store has really turned around in a great way! EXCELLENT customer service and the store was very clean and organized well! Congrats to their new manager!

The people working are always nice. The food comes out correct more times than anywhere else around Midland. I don't understand how they often run out of Arbys sauce though. Probably from giving people way more than they need when they do have it. But that I don't mind either.
