The pretzels are so dry. They put almost no butter. They are hard and not tasty at all. The cinnamon pretzels have no cinnamon just a little tiny bit. The worst part is that they only sale large cups. Which I have small children that don't share and I loved being able to buy each of my kids a small drink and small pretzel cup. Now they tell me they only have large drinks and large pretzels. I will never buy from here again. I have been a long-time customer, and the previous manager was so kind and assured me about always having small available. The last visit the employee told me they don't even carry small cups now which is very unfortunate. I asked when it changed and they told me when the new manager came in. I don't know if this is a corporate thing or not, but I will be complaining directly with them about not having options for other sizes. Just want people to know that if you are wanting to manage your food intake or you have kids DONT GO TO AUNTIE ANNES in midland they don't have good portion options. Plus, the quality has gone down not as fresh and buttery like before.

Today the Pretzel Dogs were undercooked. The dough needed more time in the oven. I made numerous attempts to call the store, unfortunately the phone line was busy for over 30 minutes.

It had been awhile since I’d had some so I got the pretzel dog and a regular pretzel but once I started taking bites out of it one was under baked and the other was just play RAW! I was very disappointed as they were baked on the outside but doughy and too mushy on the inside. The cashier was nice enough to give me my money back. Hopefully next time they’re baked correct.

The cashier was kind of non co.municative ,and wasnt even kind after i gave him a tip ,It seems odd anyway to request tips at auntie anns ,he did nothing but grab our order and puah it accross the counter ,didnt even have to walk to get it.
