“The best sub-type sandwich at any chain in Texas, and now served on an Udi's brand gluten-free bun. The gluten-free version only comes in one size, though you can order it "filling light" by asking for a small, or "generously filled" by getting a medium -- either way it arrives on the same size of bun. The bun is not, of course, as nice as the freshly-made Schlotzsky's sour dough bread, but still quite good. They also offer gluten-free pizzas, but they aren't as remarkable as the sandwiches. Check their website first to find out which fillings are safe (not all are). Personally, I love the Original. Now if only Cinnabon would get on the gluten-free band wagon...“
