The workers have no clue what they are doing. The fudge machine is broken, the flavors of ice cream are mostly out including the cones. The place is filthy. The back door is wide open and it’s 106 outside. The health department needs to stop by and check on the conditions here

We ordered online through their website and when we arrived, they were out of all the flavors we ordered. They only had the flavors with nuts + 2 others. We asked for a refund and the manager had to submit a request to HQ. ??♀️
Moral of the story, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

It’s bad enough they have gotten outrageously expensive but they have now cut the servings in half and could not care less if you complain. $17.49 for 3 what was supposed to be double scoop dishes, they were half scoops at best. Save your money and go to the 1/2 gallon containers, it still less than what they charge for 3 scoops.
