The workers have no clue what they are doing. The fudge machine is broken, the flavors of ice cream are mostly out including the cones. The place is filthy. The back door is wide open and itâs 106 outside. The health department needs to stop by and check on the conditions here

We ordered online through their website and when we arrived, they were out of all the flavors we ordered. They only had the flavors with nuts + 2 others. We asked for a refund and the manager had to submit a request to HQ. ??ââď¸

Itâs bad enough they have gotten outrageously expensive but they have now cut the servings in half and could not care less if you complain. $17.49 for 3 what was supposed to be double scoop dishes, they were half scoops at best. Save your money and go to the 1/2 gallon containers, it still less than what they charge for 3 scoops.

Why do you all complain about baskin robins employees whenever yâall order 6 things at once and expect them to have it done in 2 minute this isnât fast food!! (If you donât like it then you can go to a different ice shop in Midland Texas ) theyâre only high schoolers and yâall are GROWN ADULTS yelling at teenagers! Yâall wouldnât like it if someone yelled at your kids.
Young rude staff and always dirty inside. This went from our favorite ice cream spot to take the kids to our least! Definitely not worth your money anymore sadly

honestly worst experience iâve had anywhere. We waited for 45 minutes in line for some icecream, no one helped the front counter for the first 15 minutes even though they had four workers, the girl in the pink with fake eyelashes was rolling her eyes while taking everyoneâs order, we did not feel welcomed here, also itâs a bummer waiting 45 minutes to be told they âcanât make milkshakesâ for whatever reason, donât come here lol these workers have no work ethic or the manager has failed to train them on it.

Absolutely ridiculous. We waited 45 mins to get ice cream waiting. One person on a register doing scoops. Anytime someone came in and grabbed stuff out of the fridge they cut in front of all of us to pay and leave instead of getting in line. Cashier said nothing. Will not give baskin Robbins my service. 5/19/24 customer service was terrible.

My 5 stars are for the service. We came to get icecream on 03/23/2024 between 5pm-7pm. There was only one young girl running the entire store (inside, drive thru, and online orders). She stayed calm the entire time serving every single person. The line was almost to the door and she stayed focus and professionally and kindly did her job. She was nice to everyone. I don't know who this young woman is but she deserves a HUGE raise and the store needs more staffing. There's no reason anyone should be left alone to do it all.
