My 5 stars are for the service. We came to get icecream on 03/23/2024 between 5pm-7pm. There was only one young girl running the entire store (inside, drive thru, and online orders). She stayed calm the entire time serving every single person. The line was almost to the door and she stayed focus and professionally and kindly did her job. She was nice to everyone. I don't know who this young woman is but she deserves a HUGE raise and the store needs more staffing. There's no reason anyone should be left alone to do it all.

There was only 1 employee working a busy Saturday evening. 1 employee running the front and drive through. Even with an extremely packed store, she served everyone with a smile and was working as hard and as fast as she could. Obviously the tables weren’t very clean but I couldn’t blame her as she was literally running around scooping ice cream, making shakes, and making sundaes. She was very knowledgeable and so kind. She should get a raise!

Inside with the ice cream out all the windows are nasty. The tops are nasty. The stainless steel looks like it’s never been white the floors right if a health inspector would come in here this Baskin-Robbins would be shut down and like it’s by far the worst I’ve ever seen, but I mean you really can’t complain. It’s West , Texas And nasty attitudes that they have as employees working.

This location is always dirty and slow. We love Baskin Robbins, but go to the other locations, they are far better managed. No idea why this one is different. Save yourself some time and drive 10 minutes to the other one.

Sat in the drive thru for over 40 mins with 3 cars in front of me. They don’t even have to cook anything. I don’t get why the customer service is consistently horrible at this place.

Ice cream is good but the drive thru took half an hour and they weren’t busy then they said the blenders are down for the night at 730 (they do that all the time they’re always “down” at night) but if you want to wait forever then the ice cream is

Had an outing with some friends, and we dropped by to get some ice cream. Overall, it was a great experience as I usually only get Baskin-Robbins at the grocery store. Not bad pricing and super friendly staff. ?

First thing, you need to hire more staff for the afternoon. Every time we go, it's the same 2 people who are clearly overworked. The girl is friendly, the guy, not so much. I get it, they're overwhelmed so I can't complain about that. This last time we went, my son ordered a banana split. He told me the banana tasted bad. When I looked at the bananas being used, they were clearly bad, they were gray. I informed the employees and was told that they would look into it. I was not offered a replacement. For almost $8 for this item, it would have been nice to be offered a replacement item or store credit, at the very least. Y'all are our favorite ice cream place but this visit was disappointing.

I LOVE THIS PLACE, BUT THEY NEED TO GET MR. CRUZ(employee) MORE HELP ON THE WEEKENDS AND ANOTHER RAISE‼️. THIS GUY REALLY WORKS HIS TAIL OFF TO ACCOMMODATE ALL THE PEOPLE THAT BE IN HERE (ALL BY HIMSELF)....AND HE GOES TO SCHOOL. REALLY SAD ?

Busy night! 3 employees and lots of people in line. Understandable. But when you finally leave the line there is no place to sit for anyone because the entire facility looks like it was covered in day old sticky from floor to ceiling. No place to run hot water to clean ourselves or wipe down tables or the children. Kind of more triggering then enjoyable. I wouldn’t mind wiping down a table myself but only using small thing napkin squares is miserable concept

Only one person working, which is typical in this area. But the girl behind the counter stuck her bare hands in multiple ice cream tubs..

The 3 people working wouldn’t even talk to us for like 10 minutes when we entered and we’re waiting to order. I fully understand if you’re busy, but a quick “we will be right with you!” would have been nice. The place with dirty and ice cream bins were stacked but we still ordered. I wish we hadn’t- both got sick from the visit. Maybe a deep clean and a review of food safety maybe needed.

I hope the franchise owner or supervisor or someone high up reads this. I took my daughter to the store on Wadley this hot evening for a cool treat. The line was long and there were only 2 employees. Not a surprise; everyone in this town is understaffed. I didn't realize it, but we walked in just a few minutes before closing (not a thing I would have done if I'd known). I have worked in fast food and the service industry for 30+ years and 99% of the time, those 2 employees would be frustrated and surly. But these two were so pleasant! They put on a smile and took orders and engaged with the customers. I was so impressed! I hope you'll share my feedback with that young lady who had to be dying inside as one more person walked in after closing. She just put on a genuine smile and seemed happy to see everyone. Further, she was efficient and knowledgeable and very helpful. What a great experience and an example to my 12 year old daughter of a great attitude and work ethic!
