Completely unsatisfied , I was a customer dining in with my family and the manager Danielle continually harassed a delivery driver . He was very respectful towards her I just don’t understand the hostility coming from the managers end . I will never come back hopefully the next location I decide to go to provides a more respectful and comfortable atmosphere..

Drove up to speaker around 3:30 pm , nobody in line up ahead , waited for a while nobody responded , drove to window, I can see they are somewhat busy & waited patiently, the person @ counter turned & looked right at me but never bothered to at least acknowledge & I continued to wait they kept going back & forth never bothering to at least come to window & tell me they’d be with me soon. I was going to beat on window to get their attention but was already getting upset & finally left. Management teach your employees to acknowledge ALL Customers no matter how busy they are.

I waited at the window for 15 minutes and nobody came, when they finally showed up they barely said 3 words. My milkshakes were liquid by the time I got them, but I had seen them sitting at the window the entire time I was there.

Wouldn't recommend. There are much better and friendlier places ill spend my money. I called and a girl told me they could do the ice cream cake I needed I drive down there the next day OVER an hour drive from where I live and the girl up front I don't even know how she got a job working with the public.NEVER will recommend or eat at a baskin Robin's again.Hire better employees.

We love their ice cream! But this review is about their ice cream cakes. We decided to splurge a little and buy one. Word of advice- don’t waste your money! The large cake part is very dry and there isn’t enough ice cream on top to make it moist. We threw out the cake part.

It was an ice cream kind of night so I stopped at this location. A young Man name Alberto assisted me through the drive thru. Just a real nice young Man. Service with a smile.I got 3 single scoops of ice cream in a cup. Good service
