Plenty of space and seating. Food was amazing. I got the green chili cheese fries. Hubby got a burger and fries and a small side of bacon and cheese fries and 2 large drinks/free refills. For the amount of food and price you cant beat it. $35 just for me n hubby. I live south odessa and will return.
Stopped in at Blue Sky Texas in Midland and went all in with a double cheeseburger and a plate of chili cheese fries.
The Burger:
Big, juicy patties with plenty of flavor. The cheese was melted perfectly between the meat. The bun was soft but held up well. It is not overly fancy, just a solid old-school cheeseburger that hits the spot.

One of our Go To places! We love to order and take home for quick and easy dinner option! There is something for everyone in our family- Burgers, chicken sandwich, salads, yummy milk shakes and so much more! We choose businesses that give back and are involved in our community- this is Blue Sky! Good people who are compassionate, volunteer and care about others while serving good food and offering great customer service. They are like everyone else- sometimes there are hiccups...
