went in here a few weeks ago and dealt with a girl with bangs that was really rude and disrespectful. she had no respect for what I was saying and she came off extremely bitter. i'm usually not the one to complain but I had a terrible experience and waited on a latte for over 10 minutes. i just ended up leaving. i'll be going to bean and grape every day like I usually do where they have standards for who they hire.

Three women working and no one would even look up to say hi! Stood there for five minutes before we just left. Extremely disappointed this time with the service.
Asked for lite ice and she filled it all the way up then when I asked her to poor some out she poored it all out, I asked for sweet it's not also can't even taste the peach in this tea. Never met a more rude place ever. I won't be back.

It's obvious the owners have put a lot of thought and love into this environment. The atmosphere is as though you are outside Midland and it can be a little mini vacation. The menu is interesting and the food is always good. Brew St. is close to me and is convenient for me to entertain my young friends and family.

They should have the scones available in the morning. I got to go to work early and cannot go later in the day. They wouldn't tell me a time when they would be ready either. Too bad but won't be returning.
