Stopped in for a quick lunch before a flight and had the senior lunch special for 5.99!! It was just enough, though I wanted more afterwards. Mr Brown was a really nice guy who took extra time to chat with me and even gave me a tour of his travelling rig. Super nice and super clean place with good bbq!

Owner is very friendly and makes certain your food is right. A friendly down home atmosphere. Food is always made to order and hot really good place with a full Vegan menu as well.

I had the Ribeye sandwich & bacon wrapped asparagus

So sometime in November of 2024, myself and a group of friends started hanging out every Friday and for a while we had struggled to find anything that we actually all enjoyed collectively. I’ve lived in Midland for about 13 years now and yet somehow never had noticed this little Hidden Gem. Browns is now our go to spot every Friday because we never get tired of it. The food is delicious, I have some food aversions and sometimes can’t eat the same thing in a row, but I could 100% eat the smoked chicken from here every day. I highly recommend this place because not only is the food good, so is the atmosphere, Mr. Brown is an incredibly kind gentleman, and he remembers his regulars, he always greets us first thing and asks us what we’ve been up to. This is one of the very few times you’ll find a genuine person doing what they love, here in this town.

What a gem! The barbque is delicious and there are more vegetarian options here than I've seen anywhere in Midland. Service was awesome and atmosphere is just right.

Best bbq in midland hands down

Stopped by here for some BBQ on Saturday. The food was wonderful! Ordered the ribs and brisket platter. Neither of which needed barbecue sauce. Ribs were tender and tasty! Brisket was amazing! My husband ordered the ribeye burger, and he ate it all! Mr. & Mrs. Brown are nice people, and we will be going back next time we are in Midland.

Awful place! Dirty! They give plastic forks. I was afraid to eat anything and I was right because the taste was awful. I don’t know what was worse, burned ends or pulled pork. Sausage looked not fresh. I just pray I won’t get sick!!! Awful experience, do not recommend

Ordered carry out. Ribs, sausage and brisket. Brisket was dry and ribs were ok. Sausage was probably the best part. Came here because of the reviews and it did not meet expectations. Maybe today was just a bad day. I will definitely give it another try in the future and try this place again. Hopefully your experience is better than mine.
