Elderly woman complained about her burger. She left upset after the 2nd burger. I picked up our order and noticed that the top bun of our Texas double whopper and fish burger were cold. I grabbed my wife's whopper and spoke with the team leader if she could warm the top bun. I didn't get her name, but she was nice enough to get me another. The top bun was still cold on the 2nd whopper given. We told her about it again so they can address the issues with the bread warmer and to prove having more complaints. Burger King team leader offered our money back. We told her it was fine because we were hungry. After this, the team leader gave us a bit of an attitude. We ate and left. We understand that equipment fails and that it is out of one's control. There was no need to be rude at the end.“
