On arrival, I noticed an elderly woman talking to herself and complaining. I ordered #2, no onions, mozzarella fries, a #10. Payed, poured our drinks and found a place to sit. Elderly woman complained about her burger. She left upset after the 2nd burger. I picked up our order and noticed that the top bun of our Texas double whopper and fish burger were cold. I grabbed my wife's whopper and spoke with the team leader if she could warm the top bun. I didn't get her name, but she was nice enough to get me another. The top bun was still cold on the 2nd whopper given. We told her about it again so they can address the issues with the bread warmer and to prove having more complaints. Burger King team leader offered our money back. We told her it was fine because we were hungry. After this, the team leader gave us a bit of an attitude. We ate and left. We understand that equipment fails and that it is out of one's control. There was no need to be rude at the end.

Received a very cold bun, they replaced it, and it was still cold after they replaced it. I decided to just eat it like that but decided to tell the manager so she wouldn’t have firther issues with other customers. The manager, with an attitude, said, I’ll give you a refund but bring me the food!” I responded, “I’m going to eat it I’m just letting you know. “ She turned away without acknowledging what I said to her before I even finished my statement. Very rude and low class.

Person in drive through has horrible attitude, didn't even get any food. I left for DQ instead. Burger king wouldn't even answer the phone when I called 3 times, while seeing that there was literally no traffic in the parking lot. This deserves less than 1 star

Upon reaching the Burger King drive-thru, I informed the staff that I had placed an online order and was prepared to collect it. They instructed me to proceed to the window, where they graciously handed me my meal with a friendly smile.

I perfer this burger King over any other one in midland. Hands down I never have to go back for somen missing on my oder and even the busy days their prity fast. Everything is always fresh. Them other ones man I swear need help!!!

Absolutely disgusting! Ordered the Swiss cheese and bacon chicken sandwich. First bite seemed off just thought they put too much of something because it was a very strong taste the texture was weird but thought might be the bacon. The second bite I realized the texture was from the chicken it was super rubbery I quickly checked to see if it was still raw. It looked cooked, I removed the chicken and tried to take another bite of the chicken itself just out of curiosity and I could barely get through the tough rubber texture. It was so weird and just grossed me out! Never again. ??

The toppings on the Whopper were clumped together. Until employees care, individual franchisees will lose profit. I'm apprehensive to go back to this location (which I chose based on the best reviews nearby), but I'm going to try another one soon. I went for a cold milkshake on a hot day and the machine was broke. This seems to be the case more times than not. You'd think they had a DeLorean time machine in there.
