I went there on 5/22 ordered off an app. They had it ready by time I got there yes, but it was crowded, and the person at the counter is not bi-lingual and the food was cold before I got outside and my fries were not cooked fully

On arrival, I noticed an elderly woman talking to herself and complaining. I ordered #2, no onions, mozzarella fries, a #10. Payed, poured our drinks and found a place to sit. Elderly woman complained about her burger. She left upset after the 2nd burger. I picked up our order and noticed that the top bun of our Texas double whopper and fish burger were cold. I grabbed my wife's whopper and spoke with the team leader if she could warm the top bun. I didn't get her name,...

Upon reaching the Burger King drive-thru, I informed the staff that I had placed an online order and was prepared to collect it. They instructed me to proceed to the window, where they graciously handed me my meal with a friendly smile.
