I went to the store the manager was rude threatened to call the cops on me and she didn't want to give me my money back since I used a debit card when I paid cash she didn't give me my money back and told me never come back to Burger King again unless she gets a restraining order I can come back I don't know who she thinks she is she needs to learn customer service and how not to be rude customers always right all I asked for was a refill I could have went inside and got it she said well if you go inside and get a refill I'm calling the cops I just recommend for everybody to be cautious when you go to this Burger King thank you have a blessed day praise God thank you Jesus

Where to start,charged me for someone else's order,fixed that,then my order was wrong,and they wanted to charge me for there mistake, then asked for a refund so they refunded someone else's credit card,I paid with cash at this point I gave them back the food,and told then to keep the cash because at that point they were gonna mess things up even worse,I won't be back,used to go there alot but not ever again .

Car in front of me. Waited over 10 minutes to order. Two people behind me left. I pulled up to the window. Waited 10 minutes after they Said give us one minute. That's 20 minutes to order my food and another 10 minutes to get it. Burger King is not worth 30 minutes of your time. Go somewhere else. Where they care about customer service..
