Well for starters I asked for a drink with no ice, drink had ice. The employee didn’t even bother to write that part down, the least he could have done is remember I asked for my tea without ice. Our okra was cold & not fresh , which there was no point on us paying for a family size if the quality of the food was going to be shitty. The gravy was watery. This is our second time visiting & we love the food but this is probably the worst location we have ever visited. Please work on your food!

Food is good. Service is great, for the most part. There is an older lady at the drive through that is very dry and not very polite. Her bad communication skills set the mood for a bad lunch experience even though the food is good. All others have been very polite.

I got a 10 piece family meal for lunch and 4 of them were wings ? so disappointed I don’t mind 2 wings in the meal but 4 y’all gotta be kidding. And of course I didn’t check my order till I got home??♀️ I don’t mind the prices but yall got to do better seriously.
