I ordered a family order at the drive thru got no gravy after telling them that had happened to me before. Now it happened again. Got there and went inside and they seemed bothered that asked. So got home and the gravy was pretty much water and the chicken had no flavor. Last time I go. The rolls were hard and over done.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They advertise that they close at 9pm, but we arrived before 8:30pm and were told they were already closed. When I mentioned their online hours showed differently, the worker responded, “We closed early and already threw the food away.” This is the second time this has happened — both times they were closed by 8:30. Very disappointing and misleading.

Employees here are extremely rude for absolutely no reason at all, they act as if taking your order is a HUGE inconvenience, when asked why she over charged me says, oh yeah its tuesday you should have pointed that out when orderng!! With serious attitude. Excuse me you as an adult don't know the day of the week that's not a me problem. A Lil manners and politeness go along way especially when you walk away gripping no one ever tips you, THERES PROBABLY A REASON DEBBIE DOWNER.

I knew something was wrong when I placed my order and I got the food no more than a minute later. Do not go if you want to not have massive stomachache. But the customer service was great.
