Amazing Pies and Staff! Try the I-40, it’s definitely my fave!!

Tried Buttermilk Sky for the first time. Got the thumbprint cookies & coconut cream pie. Both were way too sweet, like make your stomach hurt from a couple of bites, sweet.

Okay 1st off, I love like LOVE key lime pie, and I've never had anyone come close to my grandmother's which is dang near perfection (a master baker I'll tell ya) and when I come here and get the key lime, it's matched if not better, every bite transports me to another dimension with pie excellence, but in all seriousness, it's damn good. And the best place to get a homemade pie in town guarantee it! ?

I love Buttermilk Sky Pies. They taste amazing. I like the smaller pies that way you can try and sample multiple pies. The customer service is always good.

Pies are awesome and the four pack was a fair bargain! We are traveling and wanted a quick snack. Google said they have dine in available, but after walking in that wasn't the case. Since the pies looked great and the the staff was super friendly, we got a few small pies to go. Really enjoyed the pies, just wished we could have sat there and ate them vs taking them back to a hotel room. I am sure we will be back the next time we visit Midland.

The pies are delicious. They taste a lot like a homemade pie from grandma's kitchen. The chocolate cream is a favorite in our family. The peanut butter is amazing if you're wanting a PB fix. The I-40 is a yummy take on pecan. Every pie flavor we have tried (almost all of them) has been tasty. At each party we've brought them to, they receive compliments.I'm a foodie and critical of the quality of ingredients, texture & taste. Buttermilk Sky Pie is a go-to dessert stop for us! ? Give them a try!

Crust was not crimped the MERINGUE WAS A CHEESY IMITATION OF 7 MIN Frosting w/a smattering of course ground peppered size coconut and ASSUREDLY NOT A FLAKEY COCONUT MERINGUE & something like a cheap COSTLY IMITATION!Rather ugly and like a fake ostrich cowboy boot & from a Lucchese boots wearing Permian Basin reared & raised discriminating Petro Landman.

There is no other place like this wonderful shop. The pies are delicious, but truly it is the quality of customer service and caring that makes us want to come back again and again. The owner and the staff, especially Madison and Allison are so kind and attentive. .This is what makes the pies and cookies even sweeter❤️
