Came here three times. First time I went back in 2024 this place was great when I came for a company outing, they brought everything out fast and quick and everything was delicious. Fast forward to 2026 I’ve been here twice now and it’s been atrocious.
The second time it was so slow of service that I had to get up and get the check because our waitress started to blatantly ignore us. Food was extremely mediocre.
This last time was crazy. Table for three. We got chicken and waffles, cafe steak and French toast. We began watching people sit down, eat and leave before us that all ordered the same exact thing as us. So we asked the waitress the status of our order, after 15 minutes that waitress never came back and watched her run around to different people all over our section except for us. We told ourselves that if the couple who got sat about 20 minutes after us, got their food before us we were leaving as we only recieved water after an hour of waiting. Sure enough, they all recieved their food and to my prediction they ordered French toast and chicken and waffles ha….dont know what happened but I’ll never go back that’s for sure. But typical midland, horrible service.

Came in for brunch, (25min wait) we ordered the blueberry French toast, chicken and waffles, and a cafe steak. Started seeing tables that were sat after us, start to receive their food. After 45-50min. We asked the waitress about our order, she said she’d go check, but she never went to the kitchen. We said if the table that was sat 20min after us got their food before us we were going to just leave. Sure enough that table received their meal. We had only had water at that point so we just walked out. Heard the food was pretty good there…… guess I’ll never know!

The environment was very relaxing and peaceful, aside from the screaming children who arrived shortly after us… The food is nothing to rave about, disappointing actually 🤷🏼♀️ I ordered the bacon and spinach quiche and it was severely undercooked. The service was awful. Our table was ignored the entire time and apart from dropping our order, we never saw our waiter. I had to ask for the check…. I was really hoping for a better experience 😕

Super cute environment and seating. But all the food tastes like instant or reheat meals. Even the sandwich meat was very low quality, queso tasted like straight up velveeta. Loved the ambiance just wish food was better quality.

Stopped in for lunch and really enjoyed it. The appetizers were great, and the atmosphere is what makes this place special — eating beside the koi pond with the big open greenhouse space for kids to explore is hard to beat. Service was solid, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you haven’t been.
I like coming to eat at the cafe at the Gardens ,it is so peaceful and the food is really good and I like eating outside and looking at the waterfall ,No loud music just peace and quiet.
