Ok Mondays is the day to go they are the only place in town that has fideo on the menu as a meal and the staff is definitely very friendly and super accommodating, oh and the topper is they make fresh tortillas!!!!
Charlas is an excellent restaurant and experience. My wife and I went here to celebrate a special occasion and the staff was so friendly. Beyond that, the food was among the best in the region for Mexican -- which is saying something since this area has lots of top shelf Mexican/Tex-Mex food. Will return in the near future!
Well I was looking forward to dining here. I had a bite of my coworkers food and it was delicious. Unfortunately the kitchen closes at 9 PM and I arrived at 9:03 PM. I got off of work late, such is life. Hopefully I can try a full meal sooner than later. But the bite I had I’m sure it will be good so I will still give it 4 stars. Just know open until 10P but kitchen closes at 9:00 PM sharp
