The worst Philly cheese steak the people there don't understand what you tell them how you want your sandwich they make it there way

The dark-haired woman at the counter was quite disrespectful and rude; she wasn't listening to me and only asked what I wanted to drink. I wanted information about the menu, but she refused to serve me, saying something in a language I didn't understand. When I asked where her manager was, she said there was no manager. It's a real fiasco of a place; they have people working there who can't speak English.

Always have great food, online said Open till 9pm but arrived at 830pm amd they were closed while everyone else was still open. I understand during the week but friday they should stay open later as there's more business in the mall.

Ordered the Prime BBQ Jalapeño Cheesesteak. Order was repeated back to me and I was asked if I wanted grilled jalapeños, which I replied yes. When I got home I saw that my sandwich had no bacon or jalapeño. Employees need better training.

Ordered cheeses steak old school. Meat extremely salty, tastes like cheese from a can. Drinks good. What has happened to Charley's? We ate here regularly, now we are debating on ever eating here again.
So it’s says if you don’t get ask about rewards you get a free soda ,this employee named Jesus acted like a jerk over me claiming a free soda not a big deal just acted like it was coming out of his check, ask for his manager and pretends to be dumb says his manager name is Esteban get this employee on check , God bless

Just bought two chicken Philly and Cajun fries... wanted no tomatoes no mayo ..add cheese sauce to fries... employees made sandwiches no to request and argue about what cheese to put on the fries.. one star... not going back
