Some of frankly the WORST and most INCOMPETENT customer service I had seen! INTOLERABLY LONG wait times are so much worse than Seattle where I'm from.
Second time I contacted via phone was worse. They hung up on me!

They couldnāt take my payment cuz there system can punch in the card numbers and my cards chip wonāt work. They couldnāt do anything,, canāt believe itās a big chain company and canāt take payments.

Always fast, always good. The food is consistent, the service is friendly, and the drive-thru runs smoother than anywhere else in town. They get your order right every time and treat you with genuine respect. You can always count on Chick-fil-A for quality and great service.

Ć started in one of the lane to order outside but I ask to see a menu but the young girl donāt have one, I ask if I hold your pad to see the menu. But she said No so I got off to order inside. Not everyone know yall menu

Disappointing drive thru experience. Part of the meal wasn't in the bag, again!

Every time I go through the drive-thru at this Chick-fil-A, thereās an issue with something missing from my order. Specifically, whenever I order a soup or salad, they always forget to put a spoon or fork in the bag. The last four times Iāve gone, Iāve had no spoon for my soup and have had to either go inside to ask for one or circle back around the drive-thru. Itās frustrating and completely avoidableājust check the bag before handing it out.
The same goes for sauces. There have been several times I didnāt receive the sauces I requested, even though itās one of the simplest parts of the order. Whoever is in charge of that process needs to do better.
Customer service has also been disappointing. Chick-fil-A is known for great service, but I havenāt experienced that here. There are times Iāve said āthank youā and gotten no response. Tonight, when my order was handed to me, the team member shoved the bag at me instead of handing it politely, didnāt say āhave a good night,ā and walked away. I had to call him back just to ask for a spoon, and even then he brought it without saying a word. That level of rudeness is not what Chick-fil-A is supposed to represent.
This location is not living up to the Chick-fil-A standard. I spend my money here and expect the service and attention to detail that the brand is known for. Right now, itās honestly pathetic and sad to see how far off it is. Do better.
