World's BEST Chic-Fil-A!!! I used to boycott this chain due to reasons, but my sister raves about it. Now that I have little ones, I TOTALLY get it. This franchise is doing everything above and beyond, though. it's so clean, organized and friendly. fresh flowers on every table, nice kids for my kid to play with, and the staff are SO sweet. The one by my house doesn't have a playplace, and the next closest one is low-key nasty. So I go out of my way to come to this one. *chef's kiss*

I would love to high light Gilbert’s energy ! I have social anxiety and it has become hard for me to be able to converse with others without panic but Gilbert was patient understanding & overall kind, chick fil a needs more worker like him <3 !

They are always in sweet gesture and service to me. When I tell them I am deaf and I would tell them I'm gonna type and show. They work with me. They are very fast and through with the food and drink. ❤️

Exceptional experience! Was here during evening hours of 4/22/25. We usually don’t expect this type of descent service anywhere in Midland or Odessa but the evening staff here went above and beyond to make sure their customers were taken care of. Hilda and other staff gave us a warm welcome and attended to everyone with a great attitude. I commend them! Thanks!
