they have forgotten my fries in the last FIVE mobile orders i’ve paid for. it’s insane, i call and i get a “free fry next visit” when that does not fix the issue. just go to the one on the loop.

It never seems to matter which chick-fil-a you go to. They are all amazing, and the food is always on point.
Ordered our food through the drive thru. My wife ordered an 8 count chicken nuggets…only received 6. Did not receive a straw for my water or a spoon for my fruit cup. They also did not give us any napkins or any of the sauce we asked for. The time I was here before this, they forgot my wife’s sprite.
Please trim the trees and bushes in the parking lot. At least the side the vehicles park on. They rub the hoods of vehicles causing scratches. And I don't wanna park sticking out in the lot.

Great customer service! I have a special needs son and a baby and they were very attentive. They brought me a high chair without me even asking for one and carried my drinks to the table. My son wanted to exchange his kids toy for an icecream and an employee hears him and stopped what he was doing to exchange it for him
