Sandwiches are too small...it's way overrated.... always hungry after eating there.....if you're hungry don't go there. They're just as bad as rosas cafe... supposedly they're Christians...but they cannot fully satisfy peoples bellys... Christ fully served everybody with leftover fragments....

Always delicious! Sometimes I’m disappointed in the salad and get yucky pieces of lettuce and minimal toppings. I’m never disappointed with their nuggets or chicken sandwich with fries! I love their food and I love that they’ve taken care of their employees and aren’t afraid to close on Sundays!! Bravo!

Great fries but a little busy

Yesterday, I was in the food court eating with my dad and uncle. They got nuggets, drinks, and shared a large order of French fries! I didn't get anything from Chick-fil-A but one your workers (he was a African American guy with dreads) came over to our table and asked if my uncle and dad needed anything sauces! I was surprised because courtesy has faded and people and restaurants arenot like that anymore! I am from Abilene and I also worked for Sears for 18 years! I use to eat at the Chick-fil-A at the Mall of Abilene and the employees would do the same thing. Just doing little things mean so much!! Shout out to the worker who did this!

Chic-fil-a forgot an item in a door-dash order. I called the store. The chic-fil-a manager drove the missing item to our house himself to make things right. What an amazing establishment. Thank you.

My extensive experience dining at Chick-fil-A locations throughout Texas has been overwhelmingly positive, with only a couple of minor disappointments. This review, however, is for the Chick-fil-A location at the mall, where Ryan F. delivered truly exceptional customer service. His remarkable demeanor, marked by a bright smile and courteous demeanor, made a lasting impression. Ryan F. was an example of exceptional service, taking orders with lightning speed and displaying unwavering attention to detail. Keep up the good work 👍
