Sat in line for 15 minutes in drive thru with only one line open (green light) several othe vehicles behind me. Other vehicles cutting in line to the lane that was not supposedly open. Those vehicles where getting their order taken and pulling infront of the rest of us. Because of this i now was unable to order breakfast. When asked for a manager, I was told they were understaffed as if that was my problem. Manager stated I could only order lunch ( due to food issues I can't eat youalls lunch menu) I expressed to her I was here well before 1030 but because you continued to take all the other vehicles in the CLOSED LANE, I couldn't order nor could the other 8 vehicles behind me in the correct green light open lane. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Sadly the customer service is below standards at best. Orders are not even correct or burnt, chicken nuggets are like beef jerky and fries are eaither soggy or hard hockey pucks.

Food just took a while to arrive beings it was after 1:00 and they were busy. One worked came out with 4 bags to drop off. New Spicy Grilled sandwich is very good

Picked up lunch on Thursday and my kale salad had no dressing and usually if the nuggets are really tiny, they’ll give you another piece to accommodate you but I received little bits that fell off an actual nugget. Ordered breakfast on Monday, and my hash brown bowl was not fresh and they left off the cheese.
First of all, the person in line ahead of us was taking a rather long time so the girl is the other Lane who did not have to come over to us took our order. That showed excellent customer service. Also, I didn’t know one of the items I was ordering was specialty for breakfast and they had to make it fresh and it was in and out in three minutes. Both food items refresh and delicious. And all of this was on a busy Saturday morning.

Went into the restaurant for breakfast for dine in. Ordered and after I paid, I went up to check on my order about 5 minutes after I placed it, the gentlemen said it wasn’t ready yet so I asked if I could at least get my drink and he went to ring it up - I informed him that I had paid for it already and he replied with ‘I didn’t give that to you already?’ No, he in fact had not. So I took my drink and went back to sit at which point it took about 7 more minutes to get my order, which was not brought to me but was instead sitting next to the large order they were packing. Mind you, my order was a single chicken biscuit with a single hasbrowns. The food was cold when I got it. Absolutely horrendous customer service and a horrible experience. I would say go to any other chick fil a.

We walk in and the employees are being very unprofessional, employees are talking to each other covering the front counter. They finally noticed that people are ready to order. The 2 employees that were covering the front counter then got on their phone watching a video extremely loud walk behind the counter just standing there. Not to mention chick-fil-a chicken sandwich used to have a thick patty now the bread is thicker that the patty
