Came at 7am to order breakfast through the drive through but the breakfast menu was not displayed, and I was told the only way I could see it was to go online. I ended up ordering a Chicken Biscuit meal. The sandwich was ok but not on the same level of quality I have come to expect from Chic Fil A. The hash browns were even worse, stale I think, and I ended up not eating most of them.

People at the drive thru don’t know how to take orders completely misspelled my name so the workers had to figure out which bag bag was mine. I get home and my sandwich is missing and only got fries and a drink. I called they said they would make the meal again and I show up nobody knows what I’m talking about after I told them the order number. Then they give me the sandwich no fries or drink so I now I go back home to eat soggy fries and flat coke. This is so inconvenient when going through a drive thru with 4 children and they missed your meal.
Honestly this is the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. The people taking the orders were more concerned with talking to their friends in the car in front of us. The food runner was busy flirting with the young lady inside the window. The people inside had no idea whose food went to what car. It was very unorganized. The lady at the window kept asking the person behind them what drinks were in what cup. The runner kept taking orders to cars, just to be turned away, and he would come back and ask where it was supposed to go.
My Dr. Pepper was marked as such, but was filled with rootbeer, and the 30 count nuggets only had 26 nuggets in it. Also, there wasn't a fork or spoon to eat the fruit cup with.

This Chick-fil-A never taste right…. But mostly I’m writing this review because last night we went through the drive through to order a vanilla cone for my daughter. Wait was long per usual here but we get to the window and the young kid is so stoned out of his mind, he can barely function. He tries to hand us a bag of food and we proceed to say it’s just an ice cream cone. He looked up at the ceiling and then tried to hand us that same bag of food again! I was like what is going on? Finally he understood and stumbles to the ice cream machine. Just really wish this place would be like the other chic fil a’s in midland.
