My son wanted Chick-Fil-A after surgery so we stopped here! He was groggy and grumpy but Mr. Curtis talked and interacted with him and brightened his mood!!! Thank you Mr.Curtis! I wish more people were like you!! The food and environment were also amazing!

So I went to pick up from here for lunch. I had been on the road all day and this was the only food I had been able to eat. I will say, the service was great, but later that night I got severe food poisoning. I was throwing up all night long, and I almost had to go to the ER. So again, the service was great, but whatever happened to my food to give me food poisoning is a serious issue.

I ordered a FROSTED coffee for the first time. I got an ICED coffee instead. To top it off it wasn’t even good. It was extremely bitter :/

Came thru drive thru ordered a Grilled Chicken Club Meal with a piece Nuggets. Food was cold. Ice in Lemonade was melted. Food was so cold the cheese didn't even melt. Chicken was rubbery, Worst experience I have ever had. They have to do better.
Started off visit with trainee that could not get order correct. Got home had to go back across town. My order was incorrect. I know I put too much faith in the location. So I got home and had to eat cold food. You’re right if I go to this location ever again I will check my order, so I will not have to eat cold food. We have always had success at this location but the new design I see long lines out the door for customers dining in. Drive through on this location. Loop 250 west location.
