For the first time was actually very let down I order the same meal the same way everytime for 2 years and the lady taking my order assumed I didn't know what I was ordering and argued with me several times altered my order herself because she assumed I was mistakenly ordering the wrong thing and my food came out cold. I usually am very happy but this time let down.
I love chick fil a but this one seems to have different standard than most. Each time I've been I've never been greeted, had my order repeated & they are slower than the other cfa's in town.
The girls in the drive thru are all absolutely amazing. The food sucks though and the people making it need to get it together. 3 times I've had bugs fried into my food and 3 times bugs are inside my sandwich bag. There were multiple on today's but there will never be another because I'm done going here. Yall are trash and the manager should be locked up for how nasty the place is if bugs are in food.
