I don't have any issues with the food but service can be hit or miss. I don't know if they can't hear or if they don't listen but they have not given me my full order on 3 or 4 occasions. However, my biggest annoyance is that once, I had a large order for a group and when I asked about the sauces I was told it would be an additional .39 cents...per sauce pkt/pod whatever it is.. I had just paid $30 on food and they want to charge for sauce. Popeyes, Arby's,...
Food was great, love getting it. But the time it takes to get it, at least with the Fish, is pretty slow. That's the main gripe I have with this place, otherwise it's a solid option for fast food
Staff is nice and friendly however they always seem to be short staffed and running slow. I love their sweet tea there BUT it’s hit and miss on getting good tea. I finally quit buying tea there by the gallon cause it continued to either be bad/sour of go bad overnight. This last week I’ve gone by to get sweet tea individual large size and it’s been sour as well. I wish they would keep their tea fresh.
