This chipotle sucks and the employees don’t care about getting your order right or the quality of food. The rice is either old or under cooked and if you order delivery they won’t include the items you pay extra for. Half the time they are rude. Go elsewhere.

It is a super small place, I’ve never sat and dined in. I’ve purchased from them third party delivery. But not sure if the staff can’t read or what’s but I have yet to get a correct full order delivered by third party.. glad I pay the extra expense to hand my ordered screwed up. But can’t fault me, this is an oil town.. I want to drive home and not be in anymore traffic till tomorrow. D- for the midland location…

Worst serving portions I’ve ever seen. Paid $20 for my bowl just to have less than half a spoonful of guac, a drop of queso and a sprinkle of protein. Horrible horrible horrible!!!

I ordered through door dash and paid $55 all for you guys not to add what I wanted to my order. Both mine and my friend’s orders were missing what we chose through door dash. Avocado, lettuce and red salsa. Which we PAID FOR. And you guys had the audacity to place the stickers on our bowls with what they came with! Pay attention next time, I understand the rush hour for lunch BUT STILL. It’s always something! Do better. My door dasher did great in delivering our food successfully but y’all butchered the order.

I have ordered two bowls with Sofritas as the protein and continue to find meat in my bowls which makes me sick. Get this fixed please you have one job🤦🏽♂️ keep the food separate, you are the only Chipotle in town!!!!!!!

We stopped by this location tonight on our way through town. Chipotle is a go-to for us because it's usually really consistent. I requested rice without cilantro, due to having the gene that causes it to taste like soap. It has always been available at other locations, but the people serving didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. They each asked the person down the line what I was asking for and the last person just waved me away without even an acknowledgment. So, our family left without purchasing food.
