Ordered 2 large chicken tortilla soups to go. This is how much chicken came in each one. I was so mad when I got home, my boyfriend wouldn’t let me drive back to get it made right. The guy who poured the soup should have known better than to just give broth & wonder if it wasn’t done properly hoping we wouldn’t come back. Next time, I’ll be checking everything before I leave.

I came here with a friend and was served two baskets of chips and before discovering a chip that was covered in mold. After checking, we noticed other moldy chips. I showed the manager, who gave a brief “sorry” and said they’d check the chips, but gave us a full-price bill not even 15 seconds later. Really disappointing experience — food safety should be taken seriously.

I had to hunt down the servers for everything. I had one servers then changed to another for some reason and neither helped i had to raise my hand for them to acknowledge me and my wife would of spent more money but service was weak

I can see how some might like the food but didn't like mine although they do have large portions. Chips, salsa and queso were delicious. Ordered Tacos De Camaron. Shrimp was rubbery. Waitresses were helpful and attentive. One struggled with english but we figured everything out. Bathroom was clean and in good order.

I have yet had a reason to complain, at Chito's the service has always been great and the food is very good and tasty 😋. Chicken Fried Steak smothered with cheese is awesome, I didn't want to try it at first, but glad I did.try Chito's if you haven't already, what do you have to lose but a great tasting meal. They also have many televisions and different channels so you can watch your favorite sports news or games.
