Games worked great. The dark-haired girl working the front counter acted as though she didn't want to assist customers. Asked her if we could utilize a digital coupon and she said she wasn't sure, so I requested if she could ask someone and she just continued to stand there and started looking past me. I looked her in her eyes and re-asked the question that if she could ask a manager. Not til then did she go find the on duty manager. Then when leaving we dealt with this same young lady and when we asked for a bag to put the handful of small prizes in she went to look for one but couldn't find one. Then returns back to her assigned register, didn't acknowledge me still standing there waiting, manager was right next to her-whom she could have asked and just did not. By now Im irritated and said you know what never-mind and we left. We will not return to this location! Hiring incompetent (lazy) employees is an easy way to lose patrons!

D.J. was out host for our birthday party and she was absolutely amazing! She’s really good at what she does and made my baby girl feel so comfortable. The food was great too! I would give 5 stars but Chuck E was looking like he was miserable with his job choice and didn’t want to be there. Luckily it was only for a small portion! The atmosphere is great, it feels safe, clean and like I said D.J. made it a great celebration and the reason we will be back! Definitely recommend for a toddler birthday!

I went to the place with my friends and the lady with purple hair didn't want to change a $20 bill for me so I could use the machine and get my card, and with a bad face then she responded, the service on my part is terrible, and the other lady From the kitchen, what a predisposed woman responding super badly, the truth is that the next time I'm going to take my daughter, I'll take into account the details so that I have to talk to those ladies, the money is put in the exact machine. The environment is more or less for small children, it is special because there are good games where they can climb, and have fun that is not dangerous. I recommend it but be careful avoid contact with the ladies!

Erin is amazing!!! I was purposely being annoying lol. She kept her composure and professional attitude which once I noticed it became fun. Pizza was awesome love how the crust Louisiana spicy wings are a must get. Games aren’t the coolest, nor the prizes but we had a good time anyways.Kid-friendliness: Full of games for the kids, plus chuck e himself comes.

Not quite how I remembered ot from when I was a child when I took my child for the first time. I remember the pizza being a buffet, no animatronics. I could be wrong. It's pretty much just a pizza hut with games now.
waited an hour for my small personal pizza workers weren’t concerned about it at all. been to the one in Odessa way better then this one.

Came in for a small celebration for my daughters' birthday today. We ate and played and my daughter even got a chuck-e birthday hat. We didn't pay for a party section or anything. I think the ladies in there are amazing for that! I am thankful for that cause it made my daughter so happy! I'm thinking of switching her actual party to there Sunday. Thank you again staff for great hospitality and service!

Absolutely loved my time here at this Chuck E. Cheese with my little one. I was skeptical about it being Friday @ 5pm, being this is one of the only pizza places in town and the overall customer experience that the Midland/Odessa is not great. This place definitely made me think otherwise and has changed my feelings on everything. The place was updated and staff was going around cleaning tables, and making sure patrons were good. The pizza and wings were really good too, I'm glad I know there's a pizza place (updated as such as this one) in the area. My little one loved the rides and the machines that she was able to play. The setting was very family friendly and made it all so much better than those places where High School kids/rowdy kids loiter around. Being that I'm from out of town it really needs to be worth it for me to travel for an hour to any one place to have a good time and this place certainly made me feel accomplished.
