The atmosphere was quirky and fun. Our server was wonderful and our food was prepared well. However, it seems that they like to put bits of jalapeno peppers in just about everything and that was an unpleasant surprise. If we could get a non-spicy meal there, we'd be back.
I always enjoy time at Clear Springs. Tonight I had the grilled chicken, rice and broccoli. The portion size was good, the meat was grilled to perfection and the broccoli and rice were the perfect accent to the meal. Will definitely be going back again
I grew up in East Texas and LOVE Clear Springs in Nacogdoches. I was excited to see this restaurant as we were passing through. Our onion rings were cold, and the food was not of the quality that I experienced my whole life at the Nacogdoches location.
