This is by far one of the best breakfast places I've eaten all year. Very cool vibe, and fantasticly intimate place to have breakfast with your significant other. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants something off the beaten path.
Food was delicious! I got brisket taco and red beef enchilada combo since it was my first time & I couldn't decide. Brisket tacos were very flavorful, even the tomatoes were delicious. I don't like tomatoes from most places but these were good! The red sauce tasted very authentic, had just enough spice! Reminded me of what my grandmother use to make and that's a hard thing to duplicate. The rice as well, reminded me of my grandmother's. Rice from most Mexican places is not very good but this one was great!Beans could definitely use a lil more flavor, maybe it was an off day. Also consider placing tacos in separate container for to-go orders. They were placed on top of the enchiladas; I got one good taco and the other completely fell apart cause it had gotten soggy but it was still good.Saving the enchiladas for later, the 2 brisket tacos were filling!! I definitely recommend and will be going back soon!
Went to Cora's Bistro for breakfast this morning. It was outstanding. Service was great, and the menu was very different for the area... very authentic.I had Christmas (Red and Green) Chilequiles Montado, topped with Beef Fajitas, and my husband had Green Chicken Enchiladas with an egg on top.The only thing I might have changed was the salt content of the green sauce and refried beans. It was borderline, but the taste was phenomenal, so I just drank more water, and kept going, lol. I typically prefer green sauce, but that RED SAUCE was something to write home about. Will definitely be back, and will eat allllll the red sauce. ❤️?
Was amazing, the best breakfast in town without a doubt. We will forever have breakfast on Saturdays there ? ? ?
This is one of my favorite places to eat at by far, my family and I always enjoy coming here. Usually we eat inside but today we decided to call in a order. I ended up with the combo plate substituting the beef tacos with birria well they forgot the consome and they also added lettuce and tomato, to a freaking birria taco. It wasn't delicious at all. I also ordered some french toast which was burnt. Looked burnt and tasted burnt. I called them about my tacos and all he offered was $5 dollars off my next order, I'm extremely disappointed. like they didnt screw this up. HAPPY Fourth of July to us
I come from a south Texas boarder town and have tried many restaurant enchilada plates up here to find a place even remotely close to what I had, and none have ever come close except Cora's. I have tried both green and red sauce which have a wonderful flavor to them that I'll always come back for. I'm just waiting at this point to see if they will add Chicken Mole enchiladas because if they are that good with red and green sauce? I can only imagine how good a mole sauce would be. And even though the restaurant is small, like some others say, it gives off a wonderful home feeling, and its very much worth it to give this place a shot.
This place was probably one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. I respect a new, locally owned businesses which is why I chose to give this place a chance. The avocado slices on my food we’re old and dark on some parts (like the old, smelly kind). They served my egg sandwich on a burger bun, their ac was off so in the middle of the summer we were sweating inside. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I wanted to give my feedback and let others know before visiting. It felt like they weren’t equipped to be open for business. :/
First time eating here, amazing food and great service! We will definitely be back.
Was our first time there today it was a great experience and the food was amazing can’t wait to go back and try something new.
Came in for some brunch on a whim (it was the closest place open at the time). Food was great and I was surprised by the beefs flavor. Service was awesome. Granted I was the only patron in at the time, but they were very on the ball. Prices are also well placed too. All menus are on a qr code at the tables. Loved the coffee too. Def coming back and bringing friends.

The place is beautiful and the food super delicious and they have excellent service
Dined in the first time I went here and they got my order completly wrong and when I got my order my tacos where in a grease soup and fell apart. Waited a few weeks and went back with coworkers to get breakfast burritos since it's close to the office and my order was still wrong do I sent it back and it was wrong again. I won't be going back if you can't get a simple burrito correct after it's been sent back you won't get my business.
Tried this place for breakfast and was not disappointed. The pancakes were AMAZING! They thicc! The breakfast skillet was good too. Fresh, homemade tortillas were delicious as well! We also had some chips, salsa & queso which were all really good. That queso was bomb. The service was excellent & she even gave us a free cookie on the way out. Omg that cookie was the besssssst! The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming too. We will definitely be back.
