This is the worst plate I've recieved. Cornbread looks like it was taken apart and I have a sample of rice with my grilled chicken. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Just ordered tonight for pickup. We got there on time and waited for the food to be ready. It was cold ALL of the food was cold. The peach cobbler was so cold I could tell it had just been pulled out of the fridge, Congealed gravy too! Everything tasted like it had been made hours before. It was not fresh. The portions were so small that after finishing the entire plate my kids had to make ramen noodles bc they were still hungry. The girl tasked with bring the food out was mad or upset about something so she was rude and taking it out on the customers. I could have spent less money and gotten better quality food from a drive thru. Next time I will. This was terrible and I hope they see this review and are embarrassed and ashamed.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE at b the Midland Location.Had a voucher for free meals due to a poor experience previously at this location. We ordered it to go and when we came to pick up our meals we were surprised to say the least. Not only did the kitchen manager "ROBIN" REFUSE to serve us, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Making a huge scene in front of several employees, as well as patrons eating in the restaurant. He went so far as to scream and curse at me (an 8 months pregnant at this point female) & kywhen

After initially getting a very poor welcoming, Melissa took us in under her wing and took really great care of us.I'm SO happy she did!She was an excellent server and was very attentive and personable.Really made us feel welcomed!She single-handedly turned our whole experience around from the moment she greeted us. (Which I'm grateful for because we LOVE cottonpatch) the rest of our dinner went great. Food was great and our server was amazing ?Their fried green tomatoes and fried pickles are my FAVE! If you have a chance to try their peach cobbler and pair it with some vanilla ice cream, do it! ?

I called at 9:25pm to place a Togo order. I already ate dinner, and all I wanted was some peach cobbler. This girl who sounded confused when she answered the phone told me they were closed even though Google says they close at 10pm. Then she put me on hold to get her manager. By this time it was 9:30pm. A second lady who claimed to be the manager told me they were closed already and that the cooks had thrown away all the food for the day. Regardless if they closed at 10pm or 9:45pm, they were still open when I called, so they should have taken my order. Completely unprofessional and if any higher ups from Cotton Patch are reading this: your employees need to follow the rules of your business if you want to remain in business.

Cotton patch in Midland need to close and lock their doors. No food No alcoholic beverages No workers. Why would you have people to place orders just to come back and say we are out of that. My waiter was wonderful but if you dont have any thing to serve close up. Shout out to Edward who ran back and forth to see if they had anything. Shame on you Cotton patch close up already.
