Coffee was good but they gave me the wrong food and the sandwich was cold still 🤦♂️, to make it worse we were the only people there . Not coming back
Ordered a caramel pecan iced coffee. I asked for specific instructions on my coffee and they delivered perfectly. Coffee taste amazing & their banana nut muffin is delicious! Will def be a returning customer! 👌🏼

We ordered this on a delivery app. An option was extra sweet-which I have picked several times without any apparent difficulty. The barista called us and talked to me like I was an idiot for choosing the option that I didn’t make up on my own because they didn’t know how to make extra sweet and demanded I pick a flavor because sweet isn’t a flavor. Like I don’t know sugar? The coffee was fine but terrible customer service.

My family has always been loyal customers of this establishment. That’s why it is incredibly disappointing to see employees terminated without any form of communication. In one instance, an employee who had worked there for about two months submitted their school schedule only to be completely ghosted afterward. Even worse, repeated attempts to reach out were ignored. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for employees.

my boyfriend got me a frozen pumpkin spice coffee for national girlfriend’s days , and oh my god it was so good, i’ve been waiting for starbucks to come out with their pumpkin spice coffees but after tasting this one i won’t ever go back to starbucks again, the pumpkin spice was strong and so good the whip cream was the best i’ve ever had, 10/10 i want to try the whole menu soon, this is the best place to indulge yourself to.

Lady was rude this morning. I don't visit very often, but she was short with me from ordering through getting my drink. Never got a thank you, and really wasn't sure the transaction was even done. I think this generation needs to learn some basic customer service skills. On the flip side, the drink tasted good so I was pleased. I will be back, and will be curious to see what level of customer service I receive.

I love cpl however today the two young ladies that closed were terrible. Unfortunately they do not know what they were doing. The lady kept trying to charge me 10.00$ for a small when I asked for two an even the receipt said two drinks for 10.83 (smalls ) & the lady refused to give me my other drink stating I haven’t paid for it. Mind you both of the drinks I ordered were both opposite of what I ordered but still proved I ordered two. I then ask her to keep the drink mind you the chia tea I ordered was right next to her so then I asked to be refunded because she did not understand her own tender. So they both then passed me the other chia tea I ordered. Which was still wrong. I can’t believe the two young girls had the audacity to fight me on why I was charged 10.00 for one drink when I asked for two smalls. I am a regular I am aware of the cost however the transaction they took ether moth could not figure out their own math. Either they were high or simply new hired but however the mistake they made all they had to do was give me my other small drink that I ordered. I felt as if they saw I was sweet and paid with cash so they saw there advantage. The young ladies must be pocketing cash transactions.

The owner has the worst customer service. The lack of professionalism communication and attentiveness to the customers needs as outlandish to say the least. The first time I went there I tried to order a hot drink with cold foam on top and they flat out refuse to do it. So I ordered it on the side and added it at my own discretion (how are you going to tell me how Im allowed to have my coffee that I'm paying for I'm my add that's wild) . The espresso machine has been down for about a week and a half, and I understand things break but at a business a coffee shop at that a week and a half is crazy. They sell espresso machines at Walmart they sell them at Best buy I mean come on. I was trying to be understanding so I would call to see if the espresso machine was working before I drove over there, that did absolutely no good, the phone just rings and rings or it does a busy signal it doesn't work. And I've been noticing something else very strange I go to this other coffee shop in a shopping center and every time I go back to corporate it seems they have a drink that's exactly like the other coffee shop that I go to. And at first I thought it was a coincidence but then it literally happened every time the other coffee shop would make a new kind of coffee corporal Ray would turn around and copy them. It's a sad sad day whenever you do things like that in life if you can't come up with your own menu then go to Google go to Pinterest don't word-for-word ingredient for ingredient copy somebody else's amazingness. Do better. Be better

I definitely enjoyed my drink..It was hot and fresh. My wife did not think highly of hers (vert picky). And yes without hesitation I would and will come back!

I asked for an extra sausage patty and they said they just come pre-made. It's literally just some microwaved to death, storebought sandwich. Gross.
