Inconsistent!! I’ve been going to CPL’s since 2019, but I’ve noticed such a decrease in service and quality in the past two years. I think today was the last straw for me. Everytime I go, I order the regular frozen Ray Ray with almond milk. Which is always a hit or miss if they use almond milk or not. Also, I always get charged a different amount. Anywhere from $5 and some change to $7. I’ve noticed the turnover is crazy at both the Midland and Odessa locations. When the Frozen Ray Ray is made well, it’s one of my favorite coffee drinks around this area. However, it’s just more times than not, not made well. My fiancé and I went two weeks or so to the Odessa location and we both had to dump our drinks out, something was way off. (Which he is the most non picky person around). Anyways, RIP CPL’s.

I loved the coffee. I don’t get wrapped up in whether or not people are rude, it’s the world we live in and it’s hard to find good people. I’m there for the coffee, and it was great! Also love the reasons why these shops were opened.

Had a great experience, it was my first time here and walked up to the window so the menu wasn’t easy to read from the one posted on the door but Elaina was very patient with me and gave me some suggestions to me decide. She was very kind, knowledgeable, helpful. Thank you Elaina!

Went to get coffee and use the restroom… come to find out there’s a locked door and a “ring bell” to order. Lady answered the window very rude, but we ordered and asked if she had a bathroom, she said yeah we do and pointed to the side. I walk around the whole building to find a drive thru on the other side and no bathroom anywhere. Walk back to the window and get our coffee and asked where the bathroom was again and she said “right here inside” I said “oh can you unlock the door so I can use it?” She has attitude this whole time and then said “oh it’s only for us you can’t use it” I was taken back that she TRULY thought I was concerned about her bathroom needs… and never said sorry, no help or anything! What. In. The. World???? Service was so poor and coffee was just okay. Won’t be back.

Ordered a caramel pecan iced coffee. I asked for specific instructions on my coffee and they delivered perfectly. Coffee taste amazing & their banana nut muffin is delicious! Will def be a returning customer! 👌🏼

We ordered this on a delivery app. An option was extra sweet-which I have picked several times without any apparent difficulty. The barista called us and talked to me like I was an idiot for choosing the option that I didn’t make up on my own because they didn’t know how to make extra sweet and demanded I pick a flavor because sweet isn’t a flavor. Like I don’t know sugar? The coffee was fine but terrible customer service.

My family has always been loyal customers of this establishment. That’s why it is incredibly disappointing to see employees terminated without any form of communication. In one instance, an employee who had worked there for about two months submitted their school schedule only to be completely ghosted afterward. Even worse, repeated attempts to reach out were ignored. This kind of treatment is unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for employees.

my boyfriend got me a frozen pumpkin spice coffee for national girlfriend’s days , and oh my god it was so good, i’ve been waiting for starbucks to come out with their pumpkin spice coffees but after tasting this one i won’t ever go back to starbucks again, the pumpkin spice was strong and so good the whip cream was the best i’ve ever had, 10/10 i want to try the whole menu soon, this is the best place to indulge yourself to.
