Inconsistent!! I’ve been going to CPL’s since 2019, but I’ve noticed such a decrease in service and quality in the past two years. I think today was the last straw for me. Everytime I go, I order the regular frozen Ray Ray with almond milk. Which is always a hit or miss if they use almond milk or not. Also, I always get charged a different amount. I order from door dash a few times a month. My frappes are always delicious, they always get my order right. I will stop by to tip them for the door dash orders if I’m close to the store.
I loved the coffee. I don’t get wrapped up in whether or not people are rude, it’s the world we live in and it’s hard to find good people. I’m there for the coffee, and it was great! Also love the reasons why these shops were opened.
