The downtown location is great and has great fast customer service. Made my way out to the new CPL Ray's Coffee in the San Miguel shopping center! There is two drive through lanes for fast service. There is no inside just a walk up window that was cool and I got my coffee fast! My barista was so sweet and helpful and so polite. Helped with all my questions and he was in such a great mood! I ordered the ray rays mocha which is pretty popular and it was good! I was so happy that I got the same amazing customer service at this location that I’m used to at the downtown location. Check this local spot out!

This has become a weekly stop for us....maybe a few times a week ?The service is impeccable. The coffee always delish. They have a box of drink selections if your not sure what you want. And the barista is always helpful and willing to remake/fix/make something different if any drink isn't up to par. By far the best little coffee place in Midland. Only issue is parking ? and covering when the weather isn't cooperating. We park down closer to the library and walk over!

Love coming here to get my coffee / sugar fix on since I seem to get the Ray Ray’s frozen mocha almost every time I come here. It is nice to come and get a coffee and sometimes a breakfast muffin and just sit out by Centennial Park in downtown Midland.The 2 sisters that run this place are the best baristas in my opinion.

I was in this place at about 12:30 pm on Friday, June 24, 22, for the first time. The place was empty except for two ppl sitting at a table with their drinks. Three ppl were behind the counter. A lady took my order and told me they would call me when done. About 10 minutes later (yes, 10), I return to the counter to ask about my drink. A male, acting like he was busy, asked me what I needed and I told him. He very bluntly said "over here", and proceeded to return to his business. I walked over and picked up my drink and started to leave. I made it to my car and determined they had forgotten the whipped cream...went back in, at which time the lady who took my order asked if I had ordered a cappuccino. I told her,"no, I ordered a mocha espresso with whipped cream...the male took off the lid, put a small amount of cream on it...no apology for the mistake or inconvenience. They obviously do not need MY business at least...I'll stay with Starbucks. thank you. My friend had told me the day before they made her drink wrong, too, and she didn't care for Cpl Rays...maybe a little more training on customer service is in order!!!
