Over a couple of visits, food was average, portions small. Most of the the food was lukewarm. The service was inconsistent. Not really the server's fault here - back of the house problem - the time it took to get food, bill, etc. was an hour - on a breakfast on a weekday at when wasn't crowded. It's not like we lingered over the food. By the time we got the food - it was just eat it and get the heck out of there.

Waited more than an hour and a half for the food also server didn’t offer drinks or silverware.
Service is very bad.

Order for Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey was amazing

After being seated, took 15 minutes to a server to take out drink order, asked a server in the next section over twice and they ignored us. Had another server walk by our table multiple times for 15 minutes. Finally manager got involved. And made the server wait our table. Ordered our food and it took 50 minutes for it to come out. And then the food came out missing the kids meals and it was cold. App also came out with main entrees 50 minutes after ordering.

This was a very poor experience, and we will not be coming back for a long while. Cracker Barrel used to be our favorite restaurant, but this location has killed it for us

Waited 10 minutes for a seat and the place was empty. Never received any cornbread or rolls, then waited 30 more minutes for my salad and just finally walked out. Terrible service! Will never go back

Enjoyed a lovely NY Strip Steak, Eggs & Fruit at this location in Midland, TX while on a 5 day west Texas RV trip. The service team and management staff were super nice! I stayed in the overnight RV parking lot ☺️

This was a do over from 2 weeks ago when they provided no gravy whatsoever on a chicken fried steak meal with mashed. Oh yeah did I mention I requested extra sawmill gravy. Ok after calling 3 times and waiting over 15 minutes I got the manager on duty Ashley. Her promise was to refund the charges and put two make it right meals on the books. Did I mention I made this order online at 3pm for 6:30pm carside pickup. Well after arriving at 6:35 I waited 15 minutes longer and had to go in to get it. Thinking I could trust them I left only to get to my Airbnb 20 miles away discovering no gravy. So last night Raul was the manager on duty. Same scenario, ordered at 3pm, pickup for 6:30. 6:45 walking out finally with my order. Sad service isn't what it used to be and neither are the prices. I just want what I pay for. Did I mention the attitude and push back I got from Raul?

The biscuits were the toughest I have ever ate. The eggs were over cooked and the cinnamon rolls were cold.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing. She was not overbearing but made sure that our coffee stayed full and that our order was put in in a timely manner. And this cracker barrel still looks like a cracker barrel

Exception service my client and I had. Great people made our visit very amazing and home feeling. Great food, and had fun in the gift shop with so much to look at 💯
