Love the decor here ! Sat in a truck bed booth that was super cute. Food was super fresh and delicious. Got the Wildcatter sandwich. Chicken was crispy and juicy with lots of flavor and those home made pickles 😻 staff was friendly and genuine ! Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!!

Can't praise them enough. My husband took us for our anniversary. We tried the Jalapeño Popper Burger and the Turkey BBQ Burger. The Jalapeño one was so unexpected, but also so good! The fries are amazing! Perfectly crisped and salted. We also had the green chili mac that was just spicy enough to be good and so perfectly creamy.

We had food catered to our location in the middle of absolutely NOWHERE, because we are out in a field between a very small community and the desert. Junior came to us with hot food, plates, cups, silverware and some great food. I was blessed to find them and grateful they would bring food out to us. Thanks Junior GREAT JOB!!!! We will be calling again. Hopefully next time we will also order dessert. :)
I found this place about a year ago on uber eats and ordered the brisket grilled cheese and wondered what large mistake I had just made. I probably gained 10 pounds since finding this place. The fried okra is chefs kiss. I recently let my boyfriend in on how delicious this place is and he loves their burgers. I tried a burger tonight the beer can popper burger thing and it's so creamy. Whoever is making these combinations is a genius. I also discovered they sell breakfast, can't wait to try. The only downside is they are closed Sunday and Monday the days I always find myself craving it.

I live not to far from there had always passed by decided to try it out the food was terrible ordered brisket sandwich I don't know what that was ribs are terrible tough no seasoning. I want be going back Tanks BBQ is the best in Midland no I am not affiliated with Tanks BBQ if you remember I came in with the yellow vest on you offered me some beans i do a lot of BBQ at home i was being honest with you about the food I received

Was our first time eating here and I was quite disappointed my daughter got the brisket nachos the chips were burnt barely had any queso I got the loaded brisket fries and they were too salty to even eat my husband got the 3 meat plate with potato salad the potato salad had a green tint to it and had a bitter taste perhaps the celery caused the different hue who knows he said brisket was good but the ribs were burnt and sausage was plain needless to say the cashier was super friendly but it was definitely a let down as we do try and support small businesses.
