The food was great! Amazing bbq. One of my favorite means to est there is the brisket grilled cheeze. 10/10 service and it’s such a nice place. Overall it’s AMAZING!

I live not to far from there had always passed by decided to try it out the food was terrible ordered brisket sandwich I don't know what that was ribs are terrible tough no seasoning. I want be going back Tanks BBQ is the best in Midland no I am not affiliated with Tanks BBQ if you remember I came in with the yellow vest on you offered me some beans i do a lot of BBQ at home i was being honest with you about the food I received

Was our first time eating here and I was quite disappointed my daughter got the brisket nachos the chips were burnt barely had any queso I got the loaded brisket fries and they were too salty to even eat my husband got the 3 meat plate with potato salad the potato salad had a green tint to it and had a bitter taste perhaps the celery caused the different hue who knows he said brisket was good but the ribs were burnt and sausage was plain needless to say the cashier was super friendly but it was definitely a let down as we do try and support small businesses.

I don’t even know where to begin used the drive thru the lady didn’t know what came on plates or sandwiches, so in other words she didn’t know the menu and the fried okra was terrible it was reheated in the microwave soggy and so salty. My sandwich had no bbq sauce and the other sandwich I order had everything on it !! …..after I said plain and dry disappointed and won’t ever return ! $28 dollars wasted!!!

Hey ya’ll!! We have our very own Triple D (that’s Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives) experience right here in Midland!! The food here is 100% deee-lish!! I had the Trinity which starts with a bed of out of this world Mac n Cheese, topped with the best chipped and chopped brisket I’ve had in a while. On top of that, a layer of chopped smoked sausage and a side of sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. And a bowl of complimentary charro beans and a heaping stack of pickled jalapeños….im telling you, this was a meal to be savored on a cold Wednesday afternoon. And all for less than $12 bucks!! I should have taken a picture of all that deliciousness, but I stuck my face in it instead!! 😋 BBQ not your thang?!? Check out their other offerings from salads and sandwiches to burgers and such. This place has the variety to feed everyone. Dine-in or Drive-thru….don’t matter how you do it, just down here and get ya some of this awesome stuff!!!

I have eaten at a lot of bbq restaurants and hands down this was the best I have had in a long time. The brisket was tinder and not to lean and not to fatty vary generous on the amount of meat On the sandwich would recommend 10 out of 10

Brought my family here for lunch today. It was our 1st time so we ordered all over the menu. The BBQ pizza is amazing. The BBQ cheddar bacon burger is BIG. I can't wait to go back the atmosphere was great, the staff was very polite,friendly and helpful with every question I had.
